fwlogwatchの設定が抜けてた。¶
移行用の一台が、fwlogwatchが起動していないことに気づいた。/etc/default/fwlogwatchのパラメータを変更していなかったよ。

CRON_EMAIL='hoge@hoge.net'

これでよし。
